Once the product is accepted from the courier partner, it will be considered that the item has been received in good condition, and no return or refund requests will be accepted thereafter.
If the ordered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:
Our team will review your request and arrange a courier pickup for the return if the claim is valid.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued only for eligible returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
Customers eligible for a return may receive a replacement product or a refund, as determined by the Hair Buddy team.
